Many team members at Taspharm have started as pharmacy assistants, completed training from traineeships to Certificate IV or Bachelor of Pharmacy and made a career within the pharmacy industry. Some team members have worked as pharmacy assistants whilst studying other degrees at university and they like the flexibility of hours that a pharmacy job offers afterhours and in holidays. Some pharmacy assistants are returning to the workforce and have young families, the options are endless and can fit a multitude of situations.

Team members that make a career in the pharmacy industry often get to manage various operations within a pharmacy business and progress higher and higher as their experience grows. They often get opportunities to further their knowledge through paid training and travel to various trade shows for the industry or brand. They then bring that back to the store to spread amongst their teams and implement within each business where appropriate.
