TerryWhite Chemmart Kingston Town Care Clinic is a newly renovated, purpose-designed health and wellness space integrated within the pharmacy — created to deliver a more connected, modern model of care within the community.
We are seeking an AHPRA endorsed Nurse Practitioner to play a key role in building and shaping this exciting new clinic environment.
This is more than a role — it’s an opportunity to establish and grow your practice within a supportive, high-traffic pharmacy setting.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Flexible working arrangements by negotiation
  • Provide comprehensive patient assessments and prescribing within your scope including Telehealth if required
  • Play a key role in vaccination and wellness services within applicable guidelines
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all policies and procedures as required and within applicable guidelines
  • Provide patient education, support and build strong positive relationships
  • Contribute to mentoring and development of new clinical programs

About You

You are:

  • An AHPRA Endorsed Nurse Practitioner
  • Confident working autonomously with strong clinical judgement
  • Passionate about patient-centred, community-based care
  • Interested in collaboration and building integrated care pathways
  • Motivated to mentor, grow and develop services within a supportive environment
